To further improve the efficiency of its bus parts supply, Zhengzhou Shengding Auto Parts Co., Ltd. has recently completed the expansion of its spare parts warehouse and put it into operation. Located in Guancheng Hui District, Zhengzhou, the new warehouse adds about 1,200 square meters of storage space, mainly serving as standing stock for fast-moving wear parts.
With the expansion in place, in-stock reserves of high-frequency items such as air springs, brake system components, filters and electromagnetic clutches have increased significantly. Regular orders can now be dispatched within 3–7 days, and response times for urgent orders have also improved.
The new warehouse is organized by OEM number, with renewed inbound and outbound procedures. Picking, double-checking and consolidation are now noticeably faster, providing more reliable support for LCL and FCL shipments to overseas customers.
The management said the company will continue to optimize its inventory structure around the maintenance needs of buses and public transport vehicles, shorten lead times, and provide more efficient one-stop parts supply for customers at home and abroad.
