For standard parts the MOQ is flexible and negotiable per order; custom items such as OEM tooling or private-label runs usually require higher quantities. Please send the part numbers and quantities with your inquiry and we will reply with pricing and lead time.

Yes. One or two pieces are usually enough for evaluation. A sample charge applies per piece and can be deducted from your first bulk order. Sampling and delivery time depends on stock status and the courier route; please confirm with our sales team before ordering.

Yes. We can produce to your drawings or samples, and offer neutral packing, private-label boxes and labels. Custom solutions are quoted separately after tooling and engineering review; please share detailed specifications for an accurate price.

In-stock items ship within 3-7 days; regular production usually takes 15-30 days depending on volume and process. We ship by FCL/LCL sea freight, air or courier, mainly from Ningbo and Shanghai; the final mode is confirmed with each order.

We commonly accept T/T bank transfer, Western Union and credit card. New customers usually pay a deposit with the balance before shipment; payment terms for long-term partners can be discussed separately and are confirmed on each quotation.

Every batch is inspected before shipment and inspection reports are available on request, including third-party testing. If any quality or quantity issue is found after arrival, please contact us promptly upon receipt and we will handle replacement or re-shipment according to the agreed terms.
